We’ve partnered with Grand Dog Essentials to offer delivery of all Complete K9 raw dog food products straight to your doorstep, serving most of Alberta with weekly and monthly delivery options.
Enjoy convenient, affordable delivery without the hassle. Our products arrive frozen in temperature-controlled vans to keep them fresh and safe. You’ll get delivery updates by email and text the day of your drop-off.
To ensure your order is included in the next scheduled delivery for your zone, please place it by Monday at noon the week of your delivery.
Orders received after this time will be processed for the subsequent delivery date in the four-week rotation.

Grand Dog offer monthly delivery on Wednesday to the following locations on a four week rotation:

Bawlf, Camrose, Daysland, Innisfree, Irma, Killam, Mudare, Vegreville, Vermillion, Viking, Wainwright, Westerose (Pigeon lake)
Timing of deliveries varies from one week to the next depending on the volume of orders, which means Grand Dog can not commit to a particular time of delivery.
The day of delivery, all customers will receive an email notification when their order is out for delivery including a tracking link.
When the delivery specialist leaves the delivery on your step they trigger the release of a text notifying you of delivery. Apartment building deliveries are left in the lobby and the delivery specialist will call the number on the order to confirm delivery to the lobby.
If you have special requests for delivery add a note to your order so Grand Dog are aware of your request and they will do the best to accommodate.
