We provide convenient delivery services, so you don’t have to waste time shopping at the pet store.
All of our deliveries are handled by The Complete K9 team to ensure quality is meticulously maintained.
You will receive a confirmation email on Monday, confirming your delivery date (please check your junk/spam mail for this email).
Orders placed after cut-off will be forwarded to the following delivery week.
We have a $6.99 delivery fee on all orders.
Minimum order of $75.00 required.

Your order will be delivered between 9:00am – 5:00pm.
We use a refrigerated delivery van which will ensure your product arrives frozen!
While we are unable to give you an exact delivery time prior to the delivery date, you will receive automated notifications the day of delivery with delivery time updates.
Apartment deliveries will be made to the lobby – with a phone call confirming your order has been delivered. To ensure the safety of our staff, we will not be able to enter homes or apartment buildings.
We are not responsible for orders that thaw or are stolen after we have made the delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to ensure their order is received in a timely manner.
