Effective November 18, 2024, distribution of The Complete K9 products will be managed by Four Roots Pet Products and their delivery partner Grand Dog Essentials. This exciting collaboration will give you access to a retail location in Red Deer and to enhanced product selections.

What stays the same?

Family Meats will continue to manufacture The Complete K9 recipes and products you depend on. Product offerings and recipes will remain the same. 

Continue to order through The Complete K9 website www.thecompletek9.ca for delivery or purchase through one of The Complete K9’s current distributors.

Your delivery schedule will remain the same for the immediate future.

Hauke Thierfelder and Melissa Wierenga, are familiar names you know from Family Meats and The Complete K9. They are heading up the Four Roots Pet Products operation and retail location and will be working to make this transition smooth for you. 

What changes?

In-person sales of The Complete K9  will no longer be available at Family Meats.  In-store pick-up will now be at Four Roots Pet Products at #3, 4812 – 78 Street, Red Deer, Alberta.  It’s an exciting new retail space and pet food manufacturer opening on December 16, 2024.

Grand Dog Essentials will be delivering all online orders of The Complete K9. As we work through the transition, expect to see either one of the Grand Dog Essentials or The Complete K9 refrigerated vans delivering your online orders directly to your door. 

Grand Dog Essentials is a family-run business with years of expertise in pet product distribution; you can count on your products arriving as expected by their amazing team.
